Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We do everything in our ability to ensure our retailers have a great experience using m.Paani applications and services. Our pricing is kept extremely nominal for the ambit of services we provide. As a policy, we do not refund once a retailer has bought a subscription plan to our services. That said, if there was a genuine error in making a payment, once the case has been investigated, refunds will be processed on a case-to-case basis. This is left upto m.Paani Solutions Pvt. Ltd’s best discretion and the decision taken will be final and binding.
